Covid-19 Update
A message to our customers,
In light of the current climate and uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 we wanted to take a moment to reassure all our customers, that we are committed to following Government advice around the pandemic and that we will remain responsive and flexible as the situation changes.
The health of our community of customers and staff remains our number one priority, however we want to reassure you that wherever possible, we plan to continue business as usual as far as reasonably practical and that it will be implemented within government advice. This means that we will continue to maintain support for our customers; Deliveries of goods and orders of hire equipment, will continue to be made using our normal third party carriers, who are continuing to provide their services, so that we can limit and restrict non-essential travel, whilst our technical support, enquiries and advice will be provided via email or telephone. Our workshops and stores are still operational and we are continuing to support customers who need us, especially those who have maintenance or projects to complete, or those who may be undertaking deep cleans with their ThermaTech equipment.
The services we continue to offer will be monitored and all our efforts will be towards adapting as much as we can in the coming months, in order to still be able to serve our customers and clients. Please continue to keep up to date with the latest information issued by the Government, NHS and Public Health England as it is released.
